Returns
Return Policy
Only items purchased directly from our dz-tech eBay store
will be eligible for return request. Please contact us to request a return and
provide your purchasing information that had been sent at the time of purchase.
Free Returns within 30 days from the date of purchase apply
to eligible orders, if received wrong item according to order, damage or
defective (must provide picture through eBay messages).
If accidentally purchases the wrong case/change mind/found
lower price/didn't like it/no longer need, the buyer is responsible for return shipping
All returned products should be in the original packaging
with no missing content.
Returned products that are not in original packaging or are
missing content are subject to minimum 20% restocking fee.
